As a Senior Delivery Manager, you can make your own powerful contribution by helping our major capital projects run smoothly. The Corporate Property team’s project portfolio includes both new builds and refurbishments. From libraries to leisure centres, they’re central to the Council’s aims. We’ll expect you to work across their lifecycle: expertly manage budgets upward of £25m, mitigating the risks, and collaborating closely with Procurement, Legal, contractors, and other partners and stakeholders to keep everything on track. It’s vital that you have PRINCE2 or a similar project management qualification. For the 18-month fixed-term role, we are looking for a background in commercial experience. Used to managing lots of stakeholders, you’ll bring a good understanding of the public sector and know how to procure and manage architects and other professionals – in particular Tier 1 Contractors on JCT contracts. What We Offer:

Westminster City Council’s strategy is to work towards a Fairer Westminster.
