What you'll be doing:
Own the Affiliate Strategy : Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, achieve business goals, and expand the channel's reach through new partnerships and technologies, focused on both the short- and long-term health of the channel. Collaborate Effectively:
Partner with internal teams (Revenue, Product, Data Science, Web Analytics etc.) and key external partners (Awin, Skyscanner, TripAdvisor etc.) to ensure seamless campaign integration and maximise program performance. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate and Aggregator Specialists, overseeing their daily workload and fostering collaboration. Analyse, Optimise, and Report on Performance : Continuously track key metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns, inform strategic decisions, and drive revenue and ROI. Optimise Processes:
Continuously identify and improve operational workflows, tools, and technologies for maximum efficiency and scalability.
What you'll have:
Affiliate Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in affiliate management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and a track record of driving revenue growth. Leadership and Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performing teams is highly desirable. Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. Relationship Builder : A natural relationship builder with proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships with key players in the travel and affiliate landscape.
