About the Role: As a

Senior Ecologist , you'll lead and manage ecological projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients in the private sector, local authorities, and government bodies. Key responsibilities include: Conducting ecological surveys, impact assessments, and site works (e.g., Phase 1 habitat surveys, protected species assessments). Advising clients on ecological considerations in planning and development. Developing innovative solutions to balance development and biodiversity. Supporting and mentoring junior staff.

What Are The Requirements? Proven experience in ecological consultancy and project management. Expertise in UK wildlife, habitats, and legislation. Excellent report writing and communication skills. A full UK driving licence.
