Basic Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline preferably from a recognized university. Preferred background work experience in HR, having worked with large warehouse/logistics/manufacturing companies. Overall experience of 2-3 years. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High presentation, reporting, and team player skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated intense customer focus and integrity. Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Strong team player, acts like an owner, focused on delivering results with high standards. Key Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports. Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity. Proactive sensing of ER issues. Grievance handling. HRIS management. Payroll processing. Coordination with Recruitment and ERC Team. Ensure statutory compliances. Manage contractors/agency headcount and compliances. Process and audit contractor services and invoices at the regional level. Manage basic supplies – uniform, pantry, lockers, etc. Organize engagement activities – birthday celebrations, monthly learning activities, reward & recognition events. Vendor management/cafeteria management. About the Team:

The incumbent will be part of the Site HR Team for one of the biggest fulfillment centers in the Western region of India. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ months of human resources experience. 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of human resources experience. 1+ years of customer service experience. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
