The Role: We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join our team here at Solirius. You will be working as part of a (hybrid-working - remote/midlands office based) team, developing and delivering exciting projects with a fantastic team of technology experts. You will be a fundamental part of the team and will be an expert in your field/specialism. About you: You are a skilled developer with a passion for creating high-quality, accessible mobile applications. You thrive in large-team, collaborative environments and are adept at understanding and meeting client needs. Your expertise includes building mobile apps for both Google and iOS app stores, and you are always eager to learn and implement new technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop Mobile Applications: Create robust and scalable mobile applications for our clients, leveraging your expertise in mobile app development. Diagnostics and Solutions: Provide diagnostics and solutions for complex technical projects, ensuring high performance and reliability. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with a range of technical professionals and designers to deliver comprehensive technical solutions. Key Skills/Experience: Commercial Experience with iOS and Android Applications: Proven track record of developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. App Building and Packaging: Experience in building, packaging, and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with all security and privacy guidelines. Kotlin and Swift: Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development and Swift for iOS development, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems. .Net API Development: Expertise in developing APIs, including RESTful services and integration with various data sources. Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP): Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including deployment, management, and scaling of applications. Agile Development Environment: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in an Agile development environment. Third-Party SDK Integration: Ability to integrate third-party SDKs into mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Accessibility (Desired): Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure applications are usable by all individuals, including those with disabilities. Analytics and Monitoring (Desired): Experience with implementing analytics and monitoring tools to track application performance and user engagement.
