Microsoft Dynamics F&O Architect. At EY, we are expanding our Microsoft Services and Cloud Group and specifically building our Technology Consulting practice. We are seeking to recruit high achieving Dynamics 365 Architects in Finance and Supply-Chain to be part of our growing business and to support us in our NextWave Strategy. The opportunity:

By joining the Technology Consulting team as an Architect, you will be helping our clients to utilise and implement Dynamics 365 Solutions and the Power Platform. You must have experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform. You will use your breadth of IT and functional knowledge to help our clients navigate their journey to the cloud and develop and implement solutions to meet their business requirements. Your key responsibilities: Functional consulting and delivery experience to design and develop Dynamics 365 solutions for clients in the Finance and Supply-chain modules. Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements, promoting 'adopt, not adapt' principles. Manage and deliver projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of solution design, deliverables and projects. Act as trusted advisor to our clients on their D365 and Power Platform implementation journey. Own project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans). Conduct functional configuration and testing of modifications and sub-processes during sprints. Advise and manage more junior D365 developers, both on-shore and off-shore, to configure the system in line with agreed requirements. Help to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers. Ability to confidently advise our clients on DevOps toolsets, automated testing, continuous security and implementation of these capabilities. Understand wider EY service offerings, actively identify opportunities to better serve our clients and assist with business development and proposals. Skills and attributes for success: Ability to analyse client functional requirements and objectives to determine how the D365 software can best meet clients' requirements and objectives. Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents. Be able to Configure, Test and Demo D365 Finance and Supply-chain modules to client. Experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live. Experience in data migration activities. Experience at providing technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met. Curious and personable team player. To qualify for the role, you must have: 7-10 years of relevant experience working in a similar role/environment. Excellent knowledge and experience of the full D365 service offering. Excellent knowledge and experience of the Finance and/or Supply-chain modules. Experience of working in Agile Delivery teams and methodologies. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Strong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills while working with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to complete projects on time by meeting tight project deadlines. Ideally, you'll also have: Relevant Microsoft D365 certification. Hands-on experience in working with Agile methods for software delivery e.g. Scrum, SAFE, Kanban, Lean, TDD and CI/CD. Workflow management using Agile collaboration tools from main vendors. Proficiency with continuous integration tools and techniques. Excellent presentation skills. A passion for leading your clients on a journey of transformation. What we look for:

Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. An effective communicator and a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion for technology and making things happen in a dynamic organisation.
