The Service Desk Team provides fundamental support to HIWFRS, HIWFRS partners and guests across our 61 sites around Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Application Analyst to join our team. The role will involve monitoring the progress of user calls and ensuring quality standards are met. Problem solving to help our users directly as and when required, so it is essential you have a high level of ICT knowledge in all MS Office applications. The right candidate must have a keen attention for detail as data entry and application administration are integral to the role. Relevant Service Desk experience is desirable. There is also an expectation of flexibility with the approach to supporting the Service in person or remotely and will require the ability to work from any of our sites. High levels of customer service skills and strong communication skills are a must. Experience in hardware maintenance will also be required. Within your application, please give an example of when you have provided excellent customer service. The role requires a professional approach and the ability to work proactively to pre-empt the needs of the Service.
