Within a 10 mile radius of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Grantham Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Software client and industry leader who are closely linked to the Engineering sector. They have an open vacancy within their Field Service Engineering team for a permanent position in the Nottinghamshire/ Derbyshire area after a continued period of sustained growth. If you are an experienced field-based Electrician/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within any of the following areas, then this would be the ideal role for you! Vehicle Mechanics Electronics Facilities Maintenance Experience servicing Gaming/Arcade Machines, ATMs, Parking machines or similar IMPORTANT: Full Training will be provided as well as a company van - please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role. Responsibilities: Carry out Remedial Maintenance initiated by customer requests for service as directed Partake in and carry out machine installations and commissioning as required Ensure that all Technical Documentation is kept available and up to date Promote the Best Practise approach to your duties Complete all necessary Work Dockets and Reports as part of the Service and Maintenance procedures Assist in maintenance of organisational charts for customers as a basis for Networking Assist in producing weekly and monthly reports Qualifications: Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role Mechanical/Electrical knowledge, previous experience in maintenance or some form of mechanics/electrics Experience in working out on the road from a van or car Flexible approach to working hours and days Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving acumen Able to work independently and also as part of a team
