This is a Fixed Term Contract role.

Global Talent Solutions (GTS) Operational Excellence is seeking an ACES Continuous Improvement Expert to support the process optimization initiatives.

The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work, is metrics and number savvy, and has an analytical mindset. Efficient Program Management capabilities are required, developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the ACES vision. Flexibility to support adhoc tasks and projects as per the business needs is essential. The successful candidate will lead key programs/projects at the site level and will own data collection, metric baselining, root cause analysis, and data dive deep.

Key Job Responsibilities

Look for opportunities to improve system quality and operational excellence. Contribute to team and organization documents (e.g., project/program requirements and roadmap, status, tenets, business reviews, and operational planning). Develop and Implement Macros: Create and utilize macros to enhance and streamline data collection processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data gathering and handling. Data Analysis and Management: Dive deep into data sets to extract meaningful insights, organize and streamline unstructured data, and optimize data workflows for improved operational efficiency. Report Building and Presentation: Design and develop effective reporting tools and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of human resources experience - Experience with HR processes and systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
