Previous HR experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally Facilities Management/Logistics. Experience of managing a busy Employee Relations caseload. Strong working knowledge of Employment Law. Experience in Learning & Development. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
