At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something ‘Extra Special, Every Day’. That's why every member of our team goes above and beyond to help older people to enjoy full and happy lives. Support the quality team (main focus) with all required administrative duties, i.e. analysis of data, filing paperwork, presentations, etc. Keeping accurate records of all audits and scores and ensure these are undertaken and completed within the specified deadlines. Be the main point of contact and superuser for QCS system, being the lead for the updates and training. Ensure all incidents and data recorded on RADAR are effectively reviewed and actioned. Overview and control of infection prevention and control records. Could you be part of our team?

About You: Previous demonstrable experience working in a similar role within a care home setting or similar environment. Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care. System knowledge of QCS, Radar, Camascope, and PCS (not essential as training can be given). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
