About the role: Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can lead and inspire a high-performing team? The Planning Team Leader will be responsible for providing accurate views of likely future labour, infrastructure and asset requirements, matching our capacity to customer demand through effective rostering, recruitment and asset control. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and operational efficiencies. This can range from day to day analysis and planning through to long-term staff and budget planning. As part of this role you will be responsible for day to day and weekly interactions with colleagues regarding rostering, holidays and other aspects of roster planning. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, including after-hours support when needed. People Management:

Manage all aspects of team management, including recruitment, performance reviews, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong leadership, people management and team building skills as demonstrated in previous roles Well organised, able to handle operational day to day duties as well as ad-hoc tasks, able to respond quickly to changing priorities Good analytical skills with great attention to detail Proactive and positive attitude.
