After the successful launch of our client's first residential children's home, we are now seeking a Registered Manager to open their second home located in Stoke-on-Trent! As the Registered Manager, you will lead a staff team who will provide high-quality care and support for up to 3 vulnerable young people between the ages of 8-18 yrs. You will need to have experience supporting individuals with EBD and Complex Care needs. Performance-based related bonuses Further training and development on offer to support your personal career Loyalty Bonuses Meals Parking Flexitime Store Discount Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a commitment and care to providing children and young people the highest quality of care and support Be responsible for ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met, in line with Ofsted's Continuous support and leadership to the staff team's knowledge and understanding of child protection practices and processes Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, social workers, and other professionals Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Excellent understanding and knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Legislation Experience leading a team effectively to provide the highest quality of care and support to Children and Young People in a residential setting Exceptional leadership and management skills Driver and ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent Apply Today!
