Role Overview:

Your primary role will be to collaborate closely with the Sales team, assisting with product selections and preparing quotations to secure client business. Additionally, you will oversee and manage projects from order placement through to completion, while also handling various administrative responsibilities. Collaborate with a passionate, detail-oriented team to deliver outstanding results. Leverage your expertise to assist with product selections and prepare winning quotations. Oversee projects from order placement to completion, ensuring seamless coordination. Preferred Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the lead salesperson, assisting with the finalization of specifications up to the point of order confirmation. Address additional or ad hoc client requests in collaboration with the lead salesperson. Extensive knowledge of furniture specification and a keen eye for detail. Strong coordination and collaboration skills to manage projects from start to finish. Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prepare quotes based on project drawings and briefs. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle purchase orders and quotes with precision. Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers and manage supply chain inquiries. Review and verify order acknowledgments against orders placed. Develop delivery schedules and provide onsite support during the installation process. Work closely with the design team to ensure the accuracy of drawings and presentations. Check invoices and approve them against orders placed. Create Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sectors. A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the construction industry. A strong communicator. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines.
