The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success, managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and addressing technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Customer Success Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with SaaS solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support and solutions. Key Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and operations. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer engagement and retention. Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to leverage client insights and drive growth. Technical Issue Management: Coordinate with technical teams to manage and resolve client issues promptly. Ensure technical support is aligned with client expectations and service level agreements. Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
