Graduate/graduate calibre. Strong experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking. Experience with the annual compensation cycle. Preferably gained experience in the Financial Services Sector. Personal Skills:
Exemplary organisational and communication skills. Good commercial judgement. Ability to hit the ground running.
