At least 3 years of accounting experience, with a proven track record in preparing budgets and financial accounts. Experience in a Further Education College environment is highly desirable. Qualifications:
A qualified accountant (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) or qualified by experience. A minimum of NVQ level 3 (2 A levels or equivalent) is required. Skills:
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Business Objects, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
