As Tenant Liaison Officer, you will have experience of tenant liaison in a property maintenance, housing management or compliance environment. You will be able to work with tenants and contractors to remedy any defects as identified. Requirements

You must have CIH Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Practice or National Home-point Standard Level 2 or working toward either qualification. You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross. Responsibilities

Promotes a professional image of self and the housing service. Makes every effort to assist customers to gain access to services. Takes personal responsibility for self, customers, contractors and others and must comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation. Willing to undertake any H&S training relevant to the post.
