English Teacher

to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an engaging and creative English curriculum and make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and innovative English lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and (desirably) KS5. Develop lesson plans that are aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet diverse learning needs. Inspire a love of literature and language, encouraging critical thinking and effective communication skills. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For: QTS/NQT/PGCE/QTLS or equivalent qualification, with a degree in English or a related subject. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to raising attainment levels. Energetic, positive, and adaptable with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience teaching English at secondary level, with the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
