If so, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Create a productive and positive work environment that energizes the team to hit targets and deliver results. Provide clear instructions, set performance targets, and manage workload to ensure objectives are met. Monitor and share information on individual and team performance daily, weekly, and monthly. Deliver training plans for new starters and ongoing development for the team. Identify training needs and ensure personal development plans are in place. Develop plans to expand existing business opportunities, meet revenue targets, and promote all our services. Provide day-to-day guidance, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is working at their best. Stay ahead by analysing performance metrics and monitoring competitor activity. Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide outstanding support. Requirements: B2B sales experience Experience in a similar role Strong IT skills, including Excel. You’ve got excellent leadership skills and know how to bring out the best in a team. Whether verbal or written, you’re a pro at getting your message across. You’re motivated by targets and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. Collaboration is key, and you know how to support and inspire colleagues.
