Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) : Or equivalent and a relevant degree. Experience : Proven experience teaching English across secondary schools and further education. Passion for education : A genuine passion for working with children and enjoying the school environment. Professionalism : Punctual, trustworthy, able to work as part of a team, and develop and maintain positive relationships with all staff. Commitment : Willingness to “go the extra mile” to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
