Salary up to £32,000 per year, negotiable on experience. Full time, permanent position. Mostly office hours but some flexibility will be required. Enhanced holiday allowance – 25 days + Bank Holidays. Full equipment provided for you. Private Healthcare on completion of probation. The role is office-based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, and involves nationwide travel. Paid mileage/ hotel/ food allowance will be allocated where necessary. Role Overview:

This successful agency is looking for a multi-media content producer/videographer to lead the expansion of their in-house video team. You’ll be able to bring creative flair to briefs, working with clients in a variety of industries targeting content towards a wide range of audiences. The role will require your involvement from the early planning stages of each task, creating storyboards and pre-production planning, through to filming/recording, editing and post-production, with absolute attention to detail. This could include video, photography, podcasts and animation. As an ambassador for our agency with both new and existing clients, you will need exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to relax people taking part in a broadcast. The successful applicant will be comfortable setting up and operating video, sound and lighting equipment, as well as editing software. Ideal Experience:

We require someone with at least three years of hands-on experience – we would love to receive your application! The critical experience required is someone who can film high quality videos and edit/ produce them on software such as Adobe (or similar). Own vehicle is essential (but we are in walking distance from the train station when you don’t have client visits planned).
