Technical Support. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the process for our mains renewal recognition scheme, cost tracking for each mains renewal project. This includes allocating costs correctly per project, conducting independent audits against weekly track sheet submissions, and accounting for all construction team time. Activities involve assuring weekly payment track sheets, tracking costs and payments, performing audits, ensuring accurate time costing, and receipting purchase orders. You will also raise purchase orders and manage recognition payments for individuals within the mains renewal function. Key accountabilities include: Ensuring accurate cost allocation for the mains renewal program. Raise and receipt purchase orders promptly, ensuring timely processing. Being a direct contact for our supply chain and suppliers. Accurately process weekly track payment sheets for construction teams, following a robust audit process for each submission. Allocate construction teams’ times and payments against projects, ensuring precise tracking. Ensure costs are correctly allocated to each scheme, centrally controlling invoices and accurately recording construction teams’ time. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a fast-paced role that requires meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Strong IT and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and SAP, are essential. The right candidate excels at prioritizing workloads and multitasking effectively. Additionally, clear communications with peers and the wider team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow is crucial.
