to join their team in
Fareham , with a particular focus on
new build plot purchases . The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied
residential conveyancing caseload , specialising in
new build transactions . You will work closely with clients, developers, and intermediaries to ensure a smooth and efficient process from instruction through to completion. The role also offers the chance to be involved in
business development and marketing initiatives , helping to grow the firm’s reputation in this area. Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a
qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
with significant experience in
residential conveyancing , particularly in handling
new build properties . The ideal candidate will have strong client care skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently using a
