An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Annesley, Nottinghamshire area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers. This hospital is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care, which will enable patients' recovery and re-engagement with the community. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Key Responsibilities:

Providing high quality care in acute wards, low and medium secure wards, with patients suffering from Personality Disorders and Enduring Mental Illness; and acute episodes of illness. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement. Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress. Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team. Promoting professional development within the team. Preferred Skills and Experience:

Desire and motivation to work within a PICU Service. Motivated, flexible, and ready to take on a new challenge. Willingness to work as part of an established hospital with a collaborative and supportive MDT, providing a clear pathway for the patients in our care. Focused on patient-centered care. Commitment to developing and delivering high quality care. Possess, or be ready to develop, effective decision-making skills. The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £31,500 – £44,648 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
