Are you a strong leader with the ability to step in and provide guidance when needed? We are looking for a Regional Support Managerto ensure seamless service delivery during times when a service manager is absent or while a new manager is being recruited. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting teams during transitions, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:

Service Management : Take full responsibility for managing services in the absence of a permanent manager, whether due to illness, annual leave, or during the recruitment of a new manager. Support & Transition : Provide induction, guidance, and a smooth handover to newly appointed service managers, ensuring they are set up for success. Quality Assurance & Support : Once the service is fully staffed, collaborate with the regional manager to conduct audits, oversee special projects, and ensure that action plans are executed effectively. Leadership & Compliance : Maintain high standards of care and service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company guidelines. About You:

Proven experience in service management within the care sector or similar environment. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources in a dynamic setting. Ability to manage transitions smoothly, supporting and inducting new managers as needed. Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes in care services. A proactive and hands-on leadership approach ensuring consistency and quality across all services. You will be expected to cover our services in Yorkshire and South Cumbria. Must be a car driver and have own vehicle. Salary up to £42,000 per year This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring continuity and quality in service provision during times of transition.
