Witham Hall is a happy and thriving co-educational boarding and day Prep school, set within superb grounds on the Lincolnshire/Rutland border. The pupils in the School are aged from 4 to 13. The School is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Matron to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the School with regards to medical and pastoral care of the pupils. With experience of providing outstanding pastoral care, the successful candidate will have a friendly, caring, approachable manner, with excellent communication skills. Working within a small team, flexibility with working hours is essential to ensure Matron cover across the week.
Hours of work: Approximately 34hrs per week worked during term-time, between the hours of 8am and 9pm, as per the Matron rota.
