Paralegal with a minimum of 18 months actual legal experience
who wishes to specialise in different aspects of Business Law, specifically leading to becoming a
Qualified Solicitor in Employment and HR matters. With a completed LPC , you will be seeking to establish yourself within a busy practice and embark upon a 2 year Training Contract spending time in different areas of the business including Advisory, Group in-house legal, Health & Safety, and Finance. Through different “seats,” you will be exposed to a number of areas of Law including Employment, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Health & Safety, Commercial, and Civil Litigation. The majority of your time will be spent working within the Advisory Solicitors Team, where you will need to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone, dealing with clients to provide accurate legally compliant business advice and highlighting any non-compliant options and associated risks. This is an OFFICE based role, Monday to Friday.
