Teaching Assistant - Level 2
Pay: £14.18 per hour Location: Morecambe Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Morecambe. This role involves working full-time for the full academic year, supporting a Year 3 pupil on a one-to-one basis. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of Maths and English and excellent behaviour management skills. Day-to-day of the role:
Work full-time from 08:40 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Provide one-to-one support to a Year 3 pupil, assisting with educational and personal development. Implement tailored educational activities and lessons that cater to the pupil’s needs. Monitor and support the pupil’s progress and behaviour throughout the school day. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the learning environment for the pupil. Utilise effective behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive and conducive learning atmosphere. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good standard of Maths and English. Proven behaviour management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential. Benefits:
