What you will do: Deliver a client-centred occupational therapy service to a diverse caseload with complex needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans. Adapt activities to address the specific occupational, environmental, and vocational needs of individuals. Plan and coordinate seamless discharge, transfer, and case closure processes for service users. Requirements: Candidates must be registered with HCPC and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the field of occupational therapy within mental health settings. A car driver is preferable to facilitate travel between multiple sites.
