This includes in vitro ADME screening to support discovery projects, regulatory in vitro ADME and DDI studies to support preclinical and clinical development, specialist mechanistic in vitro human and animal toxicity models, and PBPK/QSAR modelling expertise. We have a strong focus on R&D. The Role of Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will manage Cyprotex’s marketing activities in collaboration with marketing colleagues and key stakeholders. The position will be based at the company’s Alderley Park site in Cheshire in the UK and will work closely with Evotec’s Strategic Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Head of Strategic Marketing at Evotec. Job Purpose: Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and market positioning for Cyprotex. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Program Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs aligned with business objectives, emphasizing brand awareness and demand generation. Design and execute targeted campaigns for geographical regions, customer segments, or specific service offerings. Leverage scientific knowledge and market insights to guide content creation and refine strategies.

Content Creation and Management

Oversee the development of marketing content across diverse channels, including social media, web (with SEO), video, print, and exhibitions. Prepare marketing materials such as product sheets, flyers, blogs, and newsletters, using internal and external resources. Foster innovation to position Cyprotex and Evotec as thought leaders within the industry.

Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership

Enhance Cyprotex’s brand awareness and market positioning, ensuring consistency with Evotec’s branding guidelines. Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and promote products and services effectively.

Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to design and implement marketing programs. Manage conferences, workshops, and events in collaboration with internal teams, including the Conference and Event Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, and Sales Assistant.

Reporting and Metrics

Analyze marketing programs using KPIs, providing monthly and quarterly performance reports. Conduct customer surveys and satisfaction initiatives, presenting results with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Education, Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a science-related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within the scientific or life sciences sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Familiar with product/service marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns). Exceptional project management and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and SEO/SEM strategies. Business fluent in English with strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. Understanding of ADME and toxicology, and their role in the drug discovery and development process. Knowledge of working with Adobe packages such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. What we will offer you in return We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Pension on completion (but not subject to) of your 3-month probationary period. Contributions 6% for employees (salary sacrifice) and 5% for the employer. The employee can opt to increase their contribution, and the employer will match the increase up to a maximum of 7.5%. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional length of service days awarded on the anniversary, up to a maximum of 30 days. Private health insurance with BUPA for the employee and their partner/family under the company scheme. Private dental cover, on completion (but not subject to) of your 3-month probationary period.
