An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a top UK firm in its highly ranked Professional Indemnity team. The team regularly represents D&C contractors and major construction companies in complex, multi-party disputes. This role will involve advising and defending D&B contractors, engineers, architects, project managers, surveyors, and other consultants, as well as their insurers, on claims and risk management issues. Responsibilities include resolving construction disputes, addressing errors and omissions, handling defects claims and financial disputes, and managing all aspects of construction insurance.
Experience Required:
Qualified in England and Wales
Between 2-5 years PQE.
Relevant post qualification experience with a leading firm in Construction Professional Indemnity
The successful candidate should have good knowledge and experience in construction claims.
Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated and enthusiastic.
A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
