Managing a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters, including but not limited to: Freehold Sales and Purchases Property Development and Associated Agreements Residential Development Funding Pension Fund Transactions Landlord and Tenant matters Agricultural/Rural Land Title Investigation and Rectification Clawback, Overage and Pre-Emption Agreements
