services. We’re helping our client find a passionate
Registered Children’s Home Manager
to lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care for vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities:
Manage
the daily operations of a children’s home, ensuring compliance with
Ofsted
regulations. Lead,
train , and
motivate
a team of care staff to provide top-quality care. Develop
care plans
and
risk assessments
to meet individual needs. Oversee the
health, safety , and
safeguarding
of all children in your care. Manage
budgets , staffing, and resources efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with
social workers , parents, and external professionals. Regularly review and
improve care quality
to meet high standards. Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience
as a
Children’s Home Manager
or Deputy in children’s care. Level 5 Diploma
in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of
children’s care regulations
(e.g., Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations). Strong
leadership skills
with the ability to
motivate and support
a team. Proven ability to create
care plans , manage risks, and
safeguard
children. Excellent
communication
and
problem-solving
abilities. Desirable:
Full
UK driving license . Additional Information:
