Manage utility accounts (gas, electricity, water, etc.), including setting up, transferring, and closing accounts as needed. Liaise with utility providers to resolve issues or discrepancies. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Maintain accurate records of utility bills and payments. Prepare and process invoices related to utilities and other administrative services. Support other departments with general administrative duties as required. The most successful candidate for Administrator (Utilities and General Administration) will require a proactive nature with the ability to adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
