We are looking to hire a dedicated individual to join our team in Newcastle as a Trainee Manager. This role focuses on gaining comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of the removals business, including sales, move management, and operations.
You will work closely with Branch Managers, assisting in leading and managing branches to achieve revenue and margins; and contributing to targets through efficient planning, monitoring, and daily operational management. Your main responsibility will be ensuring a consistent, professional service is delivered to our customers that aligns with our quality standards.

Complete weekly trading reports and monthly forecasts. Proactively manage personnel, vehicles, and materials required for planned moves. Conduct customer visits during and after moves to ensure service quality. Investigate claims and complaints thoroughly. Monitor and maintain compliance with all transport legislative requirements and health & safety regulations. Maintain an up-to-date training matrix for all operational staff.
