Main duties of the job
Clinical Undertaking unsupervised imaging procedures in line with existing modality specific clinical guidelines and protocols (MHRA Guidance 2007, IR(ME)R 2017). Undertaking examinations in line with the patient referrals adhering to local guidelines. Using techniques that produce the lowest radiation dose to the patient and staff whilst producing high quality angiographic images. Practicing good radiation protection and Systems of Work. Sound computer literacy with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. Report and audit writing skills. Use of advanced clinical skills in emergency situations.
