Manage a varied caseload of governance matters including advising on the Council's Constitution, local government law and practice. Provide advice to officers on officer decision records and officer key decision records. Prepare committee, cabinet, and council reports in accordance with the Council's Constitution, law, and practice. Qualifications:
Qualified solicitor or someone with equivalent experience. Previous local authority experience is critical for this role. Ideally available 3 days a week or more.
