Role : Partner Acquisition Lead (Mortgages & Savings) Location : Hybrid Essential : Acquiring Strategic Partners CTI is seeking to appoint a Partner Acquisition Lead (Mortgages & Savings) for a leading mortgage and savings provider. Responsibilities : Executing our strategy for expanding partnerships to maximise revenue opportunities. Managing the daily activities of existing partners, which includes performing monthly and quarterly management assessments. Actively seeking and securing new partnership opportunities to fulfil growth targets. Directing the proposal process for new partnerships and presenting to key stakeholders. Improving lead generation and engagement with current partners while working to achieve set objectives. Working in conjunction with the marketing team to launch new resources and initiatives for partners. Analysing partner performance metrics to ensure each collaboration positively impacts the business and yields a consistent flow of quality leads. Overseeing the settlement process to guarantee prompt monthly commission disbursements to partners. Optimising current procedures to enhance the efficiency of partner management operations. Cultivating robust relationships with partners to promote shared growth and success. Requirements : Have successfully managed collaborations with prestigious organisations. Experience in the fields of financial technology and/or mortgage and savings sectors. Focused on data and possess strong technological skills. Capable of strategic thinking in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Proven track record of fostering effective partnerships with leading companies. Background includes expertise in fintech as well as mortgage and savings industries. A strong inclination towards data analysis and technological proficiency. Adept at formulating strategies in a rapidly evolving workplace. Led initiatives with high-profile organisations.
