Interim Managing Director - Specialised Software Solutions - Financial Services Sector

Salary: £120k-£150k, plus bonus
Anticipated 12 month contract, possible renewal
Our client, a recently acquired specialist software solutions business in the financial services sector, is seeking an Interim Managing Director to lead the business through post-acquisition improvement and growth over the next 12 months.
The company has been acquired by a private equity investor and requires a skilled leader to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
Key responsibilities for the Interim Managing Director:
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to maximize revenue and market share Lead the executive team and work closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and financial performance Identify and capitalise on new strategic business opportunities in the financial services sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation, leading from the front as the Interim Managing Director. Requirements:
Proven track record of success as a Managing Director or senior executive within the software solutions industry.
