About the role
This role would involve servicing of existing customer's machines and ensuring that customer relationships are maintained. You contribute to the overall success of the company by passing on information on business development opportunities to the Sales Team.
What you'll do Develop and maintain excellent customer relations Provide field support for sales and end users Provide on-site technical product support and/or installation Maintain ongoing service/support profitability Service and maintain copiers and other office products Electro-mechanical fault-finding and maintenance Electric, electronic and IT-based problem solving Deal with customer complaints and problems, and report to NI Service Manager Ensure that all business transactions written are in line with Company policies and standards Observe H&S, HR & Company procedures at all times and ensure that the company assets are kept to the required standard Carry out other projects/duties Pass information on business development opportunities to the Sales Team
