Key Responsibilities:
Using FE Analytics, Factset, BlackRock 360 and Bloomberg to provide analysis for all meetings and holdings on the PCD Collectives List.
Prepare commentary on performance using the contribution analysis on holdings in model propositions, and present findings in meetings.
Assisting Senior Investment Analyst in checking monthly updates and quarterly factsheets.
Assisting Senior Investment Analyst in checking client meeting agendas.
Pro-actively attending fund/external investment meetings with detailed note-taking and minutes produced.
Updating quarterly pitch decks in collaboration with Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Oversight Committee.
Assisting Investment Managers with inputting trades into the internal system.
Assisting Senior Investment Analyst in checking weekly research emails.
Assisting Senior Investment Analyst in checking proposals and investment recommendation letters on an ad-hoc basis.
Keeping PCD Collectives List up to date.
Drafting Client Suitability Reviews and Investment Mandate letters.
Preparing and checking Cost Disclosures (Ex-Antes).
Producing Portfolio Review Service documents on an ad-hoc basis.
Drafting and updating investment rationales.
Other ad-hoc requests from Senior Investment Analyst/IMs.
Education & Experience:
University level education or relevant industry experience.
CISI Investment Advice Diploma Level 4.
