Finance Manager

Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a long standing client who are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent £70m turnover PE backed business with a strong international presence.
Reporting into a high calibre CFO and managing a team of 6 direct reports, you will be responsible for:
Producing monthly management accounts and budget packs with variance analysis and commentary to set timescales (P&L, balance and cash flow) Forecast & budget preparation Developing financial models and analysis to support commercials and strategic projects. Liaising with key stakeholders in Sales & Group Assist with annual statutory accounts Cashflow forecasting Review current finance processes with the support of the UK team with a focus on improving efficiencies through automation and reducing manual input. Ad hoc analysis and project work as requested by CFO Involvement in system and process implementation & improvement Provision of financial guidance to other departments and sites within the wider Group Support and develop team members including ongoing review of responsibilities and objectives and ensuring appropriate cover is maintained within the team at all times
Ideal candidate: CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Strong balance sheet knowledge Ability to analyse large amounts of data Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment
