TSU Job Description: CDM Smith has led the industry in assisting communities with meeting Lead and Copper Rule regulatory compliance and setting up and implementing lead service line replacement programs. We are looking for highly motivated and engaged individuals to join our leadership team. This position is for a Strategy and Program Technical Leader to focus on long-term market and sales planning and directing the technical management and delivery of Lead and Copper Rule programs throughout the country. Successful Candidate can be based in any CDM Smith office location, with preference in the Midwest. Responsibilities: Lead teams to develop lead service line inventories, perform design tasks, assist clients with planning and managing lead service line replacement programs, and develop community outreach programs. Develop technical approaches, review draft design deliverables for compliance with regulations, and ensure firm’s policies are followed. Contribute to the firm's technical library by developing white papers and technical design documentation. Submit technical papers for publishing and present at conferences to improve visibility of the firm's services. Develop ideas for R&D projects related to lead or distribution water quality and assist with their implementation. Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client requests for proposals (RFPs). Act as a point of contact for external clients and industry contacts. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and assist in improving internal training programs. Perform other duties as required. Job Title:
