Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes are working with a leading retailer is embarking on two significant projects aimed at enhancing its financial transaction systems: Cash Management Systems Update:

Overhauling existing cash management infrastructure to improve efficiency and security.

Card Machine/PED Systems Upgrade:

Transitioning to advanced card machine or PIN Entry Device (PED) systems to streamline payment processes.

Required Skills/Experience:

Project Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of both the cash management and card machine/PED system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external vendors, to define project objectives and align expectations. Technical Oversight:

Provide expert guidance on cash management systems and payment technologies, ensuring solutions meet industry standards and organizational needs. Deployment Coordination:

Oversee the implementation of new technologies across the company's estate, including warehouses, shops, and offices, minimizing disruption to operations. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks related to project execution and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

In-depth understanding of cash management systems and payment processing technologies. Project Delivery Experience:

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects involving the deployment of technologies across multiple locations, such as warehouses, retail stores, and corporate offices. Project Management Skills:

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion. Stakeholder Management:

Exceptional skills in managing and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project alignment and success. Payments and Cash Management Knowledge:
