Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to work in their Lancashire head office and manage a small team of contract managers in the office and on site.
JOB PURPOSE
Join the Award-Winning Team at Link Contracting Services Ltd, a family-run Maintenance, Planned work, M&E and Compliance provider.
We are looking to recruit a proactive, hands-on Senior Contracts Manager with a wide knowledge & experience within the reactive building maintenance sector, to work from our head office in Wigan.
Someone who has proven experience & is able to manage several maintenance contracts across various sectors, who takes ownership of their contracts regardless of size or scale.
A great team player who is able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business and oversee and manage a team of contracts managers & Maintenance & small work managers around the UK.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of Contracts Managers & Maintenance & small work managers working on various contracts around the UK.
Ensure work is planned effectively, completed right first time, on time, to the highest standards and within budget.
Ensure that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation and company policies.
Ensure that the actions and appearance of all Link Contracting employees, subcontractors, and their supply chain present the correct company image on all projects.
Maintain and improve good relationships with existing clients and their representatives and establish new ones.
Provide support and coaching for their team, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and encouraging improvements for future career development.
Communicate and distribute all changes and updates to legislation and company policies.
Manage and maintain links between their team and other company departments, e.g., Commercial, Technical services, and HSQE.
Maintain the safe use of all company equipment and plant, including fleet vehicles.
Review works regularly and report to the Head of Client Delivery, the Client and/or their representatives.
Use company resources effectively.
Must be IT literate.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary between GBP48k - GBP55k (DOE)
Enjoy a standard workweek Monday to Friday 0800hrs-1700hrs.
