This role is based across St Albans. An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to provide comprehensive health and safety systems that ensure the well-being of our students, staff, and visitors.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety systems. In this position, you will provide expert leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental matters, be accountable for delivering a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental function, and ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards. You will also be responsible for leading the development of the College's carbon management plan and integrating environmental considerations into the College's operational activities.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety systems. Provide expert leadership in Health, Safety, and Environmental matters. Ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards. Lead the development of the College's carbon management plan. Integrate environmental considerations into the College's operational activities.

Qualifications: Expert knowledge in health, safety, and environmental management. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive safety culture. Proficient in developing and implementing comprehensive safety systems. Experience in health and safety management within an educational setting is essential.
