Role Summary - Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Develop an in-depth understanding of the Education and Retail markets, addressing their unique challenges and needs and intelligently prospect for new potential clients. Embrace and apply SPIN and STONGMAN sales methodologies to enhance your sales effectiveness. Participate in weekly meetings with your team and Regional Sales Manager to discuss progress, share insights, and strategize for success. Independently manage your clients and become a Trusted Advisor and Subject Matter Expert. Skills and Experience Desire to exceed targets and achieve business development goals. Ability to book 15 new business and 10 follow-up meetings per month. Eagerness to continuously enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices. Collaborate with our team to tailor solutions and improve the sales process. Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, rejections, and changing market dynamics. Qualifications 3 years' B2B sales experience; exposure to enterprise software sales is a bonus. Curiosity in questioning to understand client challenges, requirements, and opportunities. Important attributes include drive, curiosity, and a sales mentality. Interest in data and its applications to help businesses.
