Drawing and Design Production:
Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs that meet project and client specifications using AutoCAD. Installation Designs:
Create CE&I installation designs for your allocated area using PDMS, including equipment layout and cable containment design. Quality Assurance:
Review and check the work of other designers in the team to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. Collaboration:
Work closely with other designers, engineers, and construction teams to manage space, resolve clashes, and address installation issues. Model Development:
Follow established BEP procedures for model development and control, ensuring consistency across the project. Communication:
Maintain effective communication with construction engineers regarding upcoming changes and installation issues. What You Need to Succeed: Qualifications:
ONC/D or equivalent installation design experience combined with PDMS training. Technical Skills:
High proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing production and experience with PDMS Model development. Familiarity with design methods and techniques in the CE&I discipline is essential. Experience:
Strong background in design engineering, particularly related to hardware designs and cabling infrastructure. Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders. Security Clearance:
