OTE £50,000
including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission Working hours : 44 hours per week (between Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm on rota basis, with 1 day off midweek and every third weekend off) Do you have a desire to provide the best Customer experience possible? You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must. Responsibilities / Key Skills Communicating effectively through all channels with all customers to ensure our high customer service levels are maintained Listening to our customers' wants and needs in their vehicle, and suggesting suitable vehicles Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives Negotiating the final price for the sale Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale Following up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction with the process The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do.
